Sch\u00fctzenk\u00f6nig Henrich Conen gehei\u00dfen hat. Denn im Pfarrarchiv ruht ein Verzeichnis der Schilder an der K\u00f6nigskette . Die Aufzeichnungen stammen von Pastor Joannes Badenus aus dem Jahre 1650.<\/p>\n<p>Es handelt sich um eine Namensliste von 19 Sch\u00fctzenk\u00f6nigen, wie wir annehmen d\u00fcrfen, denn jeder von Ihnen hat ein und einer sogar zwei silberne &#8222;Schilder, so ahn das Kleinot (= K\u00f6nigskette) gehangen&#8220; gestiftet, damit daraus ein Ciborium (= Hostienschale), ein Kelch und eine Patene gemacht w\u00fcrden. In dieser Liste findet sich dann auch der Satz,der f\u00fcr das Gr\u00fcndungsdatum unserer Bruderschaft herangezogen wird:<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><br \/>\n<section class=\"av_textblock_section \"  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div class='avia_textblock  '   itemprop=\"text\" ><blockquote>\n<h3>&#8222;Anno 1641 Henrich Conen ist der Sch\u00fctzenk\u00f6nig gewe\u00dfen.&#8220;<\/h3>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div><\/section><br \/>\n<section class=\"av_textblock_section \"  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div class='avia_textblock  '   itemprop=\"text\" ><p>Es geht aber klar aus der Liste hervor, dass die Bruderschaft vorher schon bestanden haben muss. Immerhin ist jener Henrich Conen schon der 18. in der Liste. Die vorher genannten, bei denen kein Jahr angegeben wird, k\u00f6nnten etwa die K\u00f6nige von 1624 bis 1640 gewesen sein. Das wissen wir aber nicht. Es liegt viel n\u00e4her, dass wegen der Wirren des\u00a030-j\u00e4hrigen Krieges (1618 \u2013 1648) die Sch\u00fctzenfeste nur unregelm\u00e4\u00dfig gefeiert wurden und die K\u00f6nigsliste deshalb noch\u00a0weiter in die Vergangenheit zur\u00fcck reicht. Auch sind sicher nicht alle K\u00f6nige genannt, denn es war durchaus nicht selbstverst\u00e4ndlich, dass jeder K\u00f6nig es sich leisten konnte, ein Silberschild f\u00fcr die K\u00f6nigskette zu stiften.<\/p>\n<p>Wenn wir uns auf das Jahr 1641 beziehen, dann \u00fcben wir uns damit sozusagen in &#8222;historischer Bescheidenheit&#8220;.\u00a0Mit Sicherheit ist unsere Sch\u00fctzenbruderschaft um einige Jahre \u00e4lter.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><br \/>\n<div  style='padding-bottom:0px; ' class='av-special-heading av-special-heading-h2  blockquote modern-quote  avia-builder-el-9  el_after_av_textblock  el_before_av_textblock  '><h2 class='av-special-heading-tag '  itemprop=\"headline\"  >DER HEILIGE SEBASTIAN IST UNSER SCHUTZPATRON<\/h2><div class='special-heading-border'><div class='special-heading-inner-border' ><\/div><\/div><\/div><br \/>\n<section class=\"av_textblock_section \"  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div class='avia_textblock  '   itemprop=\"text\" ><p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-727\" src=\"https:\/\/schuetzen-himmelgeist.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/St_Sebastian.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"200\" height=\"314\" srcset=\"https:\/\/schuetzen-himmelgeist.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/St_Sebastian.jpg 200w, https:\/\/schuetzen-himmelgeist.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/St_Sebastian-191x300.jpg 191w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 200px) 100vw, 200px\" \/>Sebastian (* in Mailand oder Narbonne ) war ein r\u00f6mischer Soldat\u00a0und wurde zu einem christlichen M\u00e4rtyrer.<\/p>\n<p>Der Name Sebastian stammt aus dem Griechischen und bedeutet &#8222;der Erhabene&#8220;. Sebastian z\u00e4hlt zu den bekanntesten fr\u00fchchristlichen M\u00e4rtyrern (gestorben um 304). Er verk\u00f6rpert den &#8222;idealen Offizier&#8220;, der seine Pflicht bis auf das \u00c4u\u00dferste erf\u00fcllt, soweit es sein Gewissen zul\u00e4\u00dft.<\/p>\n<p>Der Legende nach bekannte sich Sebastian, Hauptmann der Pr\u00e4torianergarde am kaiserlichen Hof, \u00f6ffentlich zum Christentum. Als der r\u00f6mische Kaiser Diokletian (284-305) von Sebastians Glauben erfuhr, lie\u00df er ihn an einen Baum binden und von numidischen Bogensch\u00fctzen erschie\u00dfen. Er wurde jedoch von den Pfeilen nicht get\u00f6tet. Die Witwe des M\u00e4rtyrers Castulus namens Irene nahm sich seiner an und pflegte seine Wunden. Als er sich wieder erholt hatte, trat er dem erstaunten Kaiser \u00f6ffentlich entgegen, um ihm die grausame Sinnlosigkeit seiner Verfolgungen vorzuhalten.<\/p>\n<p>Diokletian lie\u00df ihn daraufhin im Circus von Rom zu Tode peitschen und die Leiche in die &#8222;cloaca maxima&#8220;, die gro\u00dfe Kloake, werfen. Sebastian erschien dann der Christin Lucina im Traum und wies ihr den Ort; sie holte den Leichnam heraus und bestattete ihn an der Apostelkirche an der Via Appia, unter der heutigen Kirche San Sebastiano ad Catacumbas.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><br \/>\n<div  style=' margin-top:30px;
